Impulse Control Group Classes | Individual Therapy

Impulse Control classes focus on the use of Second Thought and the choices that we make throughout our lives. We assist clients to develop the use of Second Thought to control the impulses and initial instinct that drives the lizard brain and led many to the incidents that resulted in their arrest and ensuing court ordered classes.

Impulse control classes teach additional self-control and the use of Second Thought and include the following curriculum:

Our 8 and 16 hour Impulse Control program is split into 4 hour sessions which are offered on Tuesday and Thursdays. Courts may require 13 weeks Impulse Control classes which are offered in conjunction with our Anger Management classes.
